WHITE COAT: THE CASE OF THE RED LEG

The core predicament of medicine - the thing that makes being a patient so wrenching, being a doctor so difficult, and being a part of a society that pays the bills they run up so vexing - is uncertainty. And this is the story of one decision under uncertainty.

Who knows more about that than the doctors themself? The verbatim text is borrowed from numerous biographies and interviews of surgeons and doctors. White Coat explores the emotions behind saving (and losing) lives.
